Autoclave Fansel Mini

Looking for an affordable, compact and efficient autoclave? The Fansel Mini is a unit that fits these criteria perfectly. Home-made preserves are extremely tasty and healthy, but cooking them without an autoclave is difficult and time-consuming – you need to manually sterilise the jars and prepare the preparations at the right temperature. However, this is not enough, as the jars need to be heated to over 100 °C to achieve complete sterility. This is where the Fansel Mini Autoclave comes in handy. It takes stew-making from a tedious task to an easy and fun hobby, as it takes on most of the usual tasks. The autoclave has a small volume (14 l) but a large capacity – up to 10 cans of 0,5 l can be loaded at a time. The weight is only 6.3 kg. On the plus side for mobility, the unit can be easily taken with you to the farmhouse or garden. Walls – 1.5 mm.
