Carbon filter column with pump

The process of purifying (filtering) alcoholic liquids by passing them through a mass of charcoal raises the pH value, not only to remove impurities but also to soften the drink slightly. The problem has always been the speed and duration of the carbon dioxide release. The universal carbonator with pump allows labour costs to be kept to a minimum and productivity to a practical maximum (almost 3 litres of purified product per minute!).
