Instructions for use

For comfortable reading of the results, always point the front edge of the device toward the light.

Before using the device, it must be calibrated with distilled water. To do this:

  1.

Place a few drops of water on the prism and close it with the special cover glass so that the water spreads evenly over the surface.

  2.

Look through the eyepiece and adjust the focus for a clear image.

  3.

Using a screwdriver, turn the calibration screw so that the boundary between the blue and white areas in the eyepiece is exactly at zero.
    Calibration is complete.

After calibration, the device is ready for use.
Wipe the glass with a soft cloth from the kit, then apply the test liquid.
Close it with the cover glass so that the liquid spreads evenly, and look through the eyepiece.
Use the border between the light and dark areas to take the measurement reading.
