This autoclave is specially designed for use with retort pouches — lightweight, durable, and compact packaging. They do not require refrigeration, and the products can be stored for up to 6 months. Most importantly, the taste remains as fresh as if the food had just been prepared.

The device is universal: you can prepare food both in retort pouches and in regular glass jars. It all depends on your needs and preferences. To switch from one mode to another, simply replace one valve with another. Both valves are included in the set.
