How to use

1. Dissolve 25 kg sugar (or ~28 kg dextrose) in ~40 liters of hot water.

2. Add more water to bring total volume to 100 liters. Let the mixture cool (if heated) to about 25 °C.

3. Add the entire 360 g pack of Alcotec MegaPack, mix well.

4. Allow fermentation. It should finish (or be close to finishing) in 4-6 days under good conditions.
