One of the most important components of distillation apparatus. It performs the task of condensing liquid vapour and separating syrupy oils during distillation. The working principle of the device is based on the difference in boiling points between the vapour of the liquid and other impurities: once the liquid reaches the deflegmator, the harmful impurities condense on the walls of the deflegmator, while the vapour of the liquid evaporates further into the cooler.
