5 Main Functions of DistiSmart

1. Automatic Distillation – automatically stops the distillation process when the preset temperature is reached.
2. Automatic Rectification (Start–Stop) – controls the separation of fractions (heads, hearts, and tails), designed for producing alcohol with a strength of up to 96.6% ABV.
3. Automatic Malt Mashing – supports up to 7 temperature rests for beer and whisky production.
4. Power Regulator and Stabilizer – stabilizes heating element operation and compensates for fluctuations in the electrical supply voltage.
5. Emergency Shutdown System – automatically switches off the heating element when a dangerous temperature increase is detected.
