Essential Oil 100%, oil-based, 30 ml SELENTA (several variants)

For an aroma lamp: start with 3–5 drops and gradually increase to the desired intensity.
For aromatherapy massage: add 1–6 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of base oil.
To enrich cosmetic products: add 2–5 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of cream, shampoo, balm, etc.
For saunas and steam baths: add 2 drops (gradually increasing the concentration as desired) to a bucket of water and pour over walls or benches.
For aromatic baths: add 5–20 drops of water-soluble essential oil or 100% essential oil pre-diluted in milk / salt / soap to the bath.
For aroma stones: apply 3–20 drops directly onto the stone.
