Master 1250 3.0 NEO – Next-Generation Belt Grinder with Servo Motor
The Master 1250 3.0 NEO is a compact, powerful, and highly functional belt grinder featuring a rotating frame and a 750 W servo motor. Servo technology allows the motor speed to be adjusted from 0 to 7,000 rpm while maintaining stable torque and consistent belt force across a wide speed range.
Thanks to the compact servo motor, the machine weighs only around 16 kg – almost half the weight of the previous-generation model. Despite its lower weight and smaller dimensions, the grinder maintains excellent performance. In addition, the servo motor operates significantly more quietly than a conventional induction motor.
A rigid truss-type frame ensures excellent structural stability and precise geometry. The frame remains stable under load, keeping the rollers properly aligned and ensuring smooth, consistent belt tracking.
