The extractor is installed on a distillation boiler, with a reflux condenser mounted on top.

The boiler is heated to boiling. Alcohol vapors pass through the side outlet into the reflux condenser, where they condense, and the reflux flows into the collection cup with the filling basket. Once the cup is full, its contents, now enriched with the extract, flow back into the distillation boiler through a tube on the opposite side. This process is repeated several times until the desired result is achieved. In this model, the reflux drain is arranged in the center, which ensures more efficient extractor operation.

The Soxhlet extractor allows repeated extraction by reusing a relatively small volume of the boiler contents, while the aromatic substances accumulate in the boiler. It requires less raw material than a gin basket and gives the drink a rich, vivid aroma and flavor.

The extractor is equipped with a filling basket with a handle. The basket makes it easy to replace the extractor filling. The handle allows the hopper to be easily removed from the glass column and washed conveniently. The unit can be disassembled, and the glass column can be used separately.
