To regulate the strength of the wash, you need to adjust the amount of sugar, temperature, and fermentation time. Here are some guidelines for achieving different wash strengths:

• Wash up to 14% – 6 kg of sugar, temperature 20–35 °C, 2 days

• Wash up to 17% – 7 kg of sugar, temperature 20–30 °C, 3 days

• Wash up to 20% – 8 kg of sugar, temperature 20–27 °C, 5 days

• Wash up to 21% – 9 kg of sugar, temperature 18–24 °C, 7–10 days

Instructions for use:

1. Pour 15 liters of water at 25 °C into a 30–33 liter fermenter.

2. Add sugar according to the parameters above.

3. Top up with warm water to reach 25 liters, then add the yeast and mix thoroughly.

4. Leave to ferment, maintaining the required temperature.

One packet is intended for 25 liters of wash.
