Fireclay is a highly efficient refractory material for use in direct contact with open flames at temperatures up to 1800 degrees C. The fireclay layer absorbs heat and distributes it evenly throughout the volume.
Stoneware tiles are one of the most practical and aesthetically pleasing finishing materials. One of the main advantages of stone tiles is their exceptional hardness and increased strength. Ceramic tiles can withstand temperatures from -50 to 600 °C. This means that the tubes will not be affected by high temperatures or sudden drops in temperature to below zero. The surface is unaffected by detergents and moisture.
Decoration is not only about stylish design, but also about functionality. It acts as a convection system and stops the powerful infrared radiation from the body of the stove, distributing the heat into the sauna.
A distinctive feature of Kerama is the controlled convective heat transfer. The presence of such a control ensures the accelerated release of sauna steam heating and mode selection.
It is worth noting that this stove is based on the popular Uslada 20 model. The stove has a closed modular chamber that is heated by flames on all sides. It can be removed for inspection or replaced if necessary. During installation, the upper part of the stove can be rotated by 360 degrees, which will definitely be handy when installing the chimney. In addition to the closed chamber, the stove has an open chamber from which you can also generate steam.
